Account information

To order something at Ozone Gold you need an account. With the help of this account you can arrange and view matters. We process the following data to create an account: 

  • Name, address, city, gender
  • e-mail address
  • Date of birth
  • phone number
  • password

If necessary for further use on the website, we also store:

  • Order details
  • Track & trace codes
  • Payment transactions
  • Return information

Basis for processing

The aforementioned processing is necessary for the execution of the transaction agreement between you and Ozone Gold. We try to arrange as much as possible online and through your account.

Retention period

We will keep your account information as long as your account is active. If you have not logged in for five years, we will delete your data. Unless you submit a request for deletion yourself, we will of course do so immediately. We keep the data about your orders and invoices for seven years due to the legally established deadlines.

Order data

We need certain information from you in order to be able to deliver your order or have it picked up at a delivery point. With this information we can also keep you informed about your order. This information is also required in the event of a return.

We process the following data with an order:

  • order number, article number, quantity, prices (the so-called characteristics)
  • Payment method
  • Account number and payment details
  • Credentials

  • Possibly: comments, discount.

Our General Terms and Conditions apply to every offer on the web shop and every purchase agreement that you conclude with Ozone Gold.

The information we collect during this ordering process is necessary for the execution of the agreement between you and Ozone Gold.

Due to legal deadlines, we are obliged to keep this data for seven years.

You can call, email or contact us via social media with Ozone Gold. We keep this information. This allows us to help you faster next time.

We collect information that helps us understand what you are looking for and what you need. With this we try to keep our web shop as relevant as possible for you. 

We ask your permission to send a daily offer, general promotions or personal recommendations. We will email you suggestions and information about our articles based on your purchases. If you prefer not to receive this information, you can unsubscribe immediately.

We keep your data for marketing purposes for a maximum of five years from the moment the data is created.

Security of data

Your data is only accessible to Ozone Gold employees who need the data to do their job. We take various organizational and technical measures to ensure that your data is and remains safe.

Your data will in principle be stored within the European Economic Area.

Security incidents and data breaches

In the event of a security incident, we immediately investigate whether it is a security breach or a data breach. If it concerns a data breach with a high risk to your privacy, we are obliged to report this to both you and the Dutch Data Protection Authority. If you find a security incident or data breach with us, send an email to [email protected] or contact us.  


As a customer you have certain rights when it comes to the processing of your data. You can easily arrange some of these matters through your account. In any case, you can submit your request to our customer service or via the AVG form that can be found on the website.

Right to information

You can always ask us who we are, what data we process about you, how long we keep data, for what purposes, on what grounds we do this and to whom we provide your data. You can also find this information in our privacy statement.

Right of access

You can always ask us to indicate what we know about you and how we use your data. We process applications within 30 days at the latest.

Right to rectification

You can always ask us to change and improve certain information. The easiest way is to make the change via your account.

Right to be forgotten

You can always ask us to delete all data we have about you. When you submit a request to delete your account, we will delete data that can be traced back to you, except for data that we must or may keep based on the law.

Right to object to processing

Right to restriction of processing
